By using likewater.in or making a reservation you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
Like Water, a sole proprietorship registered in Bankura, West Bengal. Registered address: Udichi, Street No. 11, Pratap Bagan, Ward No-11, Bankura Municipality, Bankura, West Bengal – 722101. Contact: support@likewater.in.
The product
Like Water is a caffeinated, zero-sugar drink with electrolytes, sold in 250 ml cans. Ingredients, nutrition information and warnings are printed on every can and listed on the site. Photographs and 3D renderings are illustrative; packaging may vary slightly.
High caffeine. Not recommended for children, pregnant or lactating women, or people sensitive to caffeine. Do not consume more than 500 ml a day. Like Water is a beverage, not a medicine.
Reservations
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to make a reservation.
What a reservation is
During pre-launch, a reservation on this site is a request to buy. No payment is taken here. We contact you on WhatsApp to confirm stock, delivery and the total, and the order is accepted only when you agree and pay.
Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. We may cancel a reservation before acceptance for stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud; nothing will have been charged.
Delivery and refunds
Delivery is covered by the Shipping policy, and cancellations and refunds by the Refund policy.
Intellectual property
The Like Water name, wordmark, can artwork, photography, copy and 3D assets belong to Like Water or are licensed to us. Please do not reuse them without written permission.
Using the site
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful.
- Do not submit someone else’s details or false information.
- Do not scrape, overload or interfere with the site or its services.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent Indian law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bankura, West Bengal.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version.
