Where we ship

Across India, through courier partners covering most PIN codes. If your PIN code turns out to be unserviceable, we tell you on WhatsApp before you pay.

Delivery charges

• Trial 6 — ₹60, confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.
• Case of 12 — free.
• Stash 24 — free.

When it arrives

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Typical delivery once dispatched:

• Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days.
• Other cities — 3 to 6 working days.
• Smaller towns and remote regions — up to 10 working days.

These are courier estimates; weather and local conditions can add time.

Tracking

We send the courier name and tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch. You can also check your reservation on the tracking page.

Delivery attempts

Couriers try up to three times. If all attempts fail, the parcel comes back to us and we arrange redelivery with you; re-shipping costs apply if the address was incorrect.

Damaged or lost parcels

If the carton looks damaged, refuse it or photograph it and tell us within 48 hours (see the Refund policy). If a parcel shows as delivered but never reached you, tell us within 7 days and we will investigate and resend or refund.

Storage

Like Water doesn’t need refrigeration in transit. Once it arrives, store it somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight. Best served chilled.
